Céad Míle Fáilte!
Marina general manager Hal Bleakley offers "One hundred thousand welcomes" to Ireland's newest and largest marina.Opened in March 2001, Dun Laoghaire Marina had over 500 berths. Boats of up to 25 metres overall length and up to 40 tonnes could be accommodated. Now after the completion of the recent extension the marina has over 800 berths. Boats of up to 30 metres in length and up to 80 tonnes can now be accommodated. The berths are designed and arranged to give ample space for maneuvering, even for a novice sailor. All pontoons and walkways are automatically lit and are equipped with fire extinguishers and life buoys. The main piers have safety ladders. All berths on the main marina have access to shore power and potable water.
The West Bight which is the stand alone pontoon serviced by our marina launch is not accessible by land and does not have electricity or water.
